General ToS
I have the right to refuse any commission༻༺I will not complete a commission if I'm not given a reference, or if the reference I am given is:
•Insufficient (doesn't give me the information I need)
•Shaded
•Erotic in any way
•Or contains offensive material.༻༺Please tell me exactly what you would like for your drawing, including any desired poses or props. (Sketches are appreciated!)༻༺If your character design is complex, I may upcharge.༻༺I will do blood, mild gore, dragons, and feral animal characters.༻༺I will not do sexually explicit works including any form of fetish or kink art. I also will not draw humans or anthro characters.༻༺Make sure to credit me at all times and not cover up or remove my watermark or signature in any way.༻༺Half of the commission cost will be asked for up front. The rest will be paid for after the piece is done, in which I will send you a version with a large watermark over it. Once payment is sent, I will send the version without the watermark.
Revisions and Changes
You may ask for changes during the sketch stage of the drawing. Once line art has started, I will not be accepting any major changes (however you may request for minor changes). Once shading has started I will not be accepting any changes at all. (What constitutes a major or minor change? Please see below).༻༺After the 3rd requested change (resulting in three separate revision sketches, not just three changes requested at once), an additional 10% inconvenience fee will be added per sketch.
Refunds
-Full refunds are allowed up until the line art process has begun.-If refunded during the line art process, you may receive a 75% refund.-If refunded during the coloring process, you may receive a 50% refund-If refunded during the shading process, you may receive a 25% refund-I do not accept refunds once I have completed the piece.I will show you a WIP of every process to make sure you are happy with the final outcome, this includes the concept sketch, revision sketches (if requested), the final sketch, the line art, the flat color, and the shading.
Major changes include: Changes to pose, changes to expression, changes to the positions of extremities, requesting that an additional (large) item be added (like clothing or large amounts of jewlery), change in scale or marking patterns, and any other changes that may take a long time to complete once line art has begun.
Minor changes include: Change of color, adding missed details (like freckles), and anything that may take me a couple of minutes to fit during the line art or coloring stage.
